Wendy Shrokman–Marsh, an Associate Broker has been actively working in Real Estate in rural Northeastern Michigan since 2008. Wendy obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration, minor in Real Estate Law. My Real Estate business is built on Dedication, Communication, Determination, and Trust with the ability to adapt to all my clients Real Estate needs. Owning property can be one of the greatest joys in life.

Wendy is also a Certified Residential Appraiser serving Alpena, Cheboygan, Montmorency, and Presque Isle County.
